I started a new job in September and only had a few sick days left. Unfortunately, I got sick and had to be hospitalized twice in December [redacted] and January [redacted]. As a result, I missed work and fell behind on my bills. At the moment, my phone is disconnected, and I am unable to make my car payments. I am hoping to explore the possibility of moving the payments I have missed to the end of the loan, as I won't have any funds until February to make at least one payment and catch up from there. Losing my car is not an option as I am in a very difficult situation. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I contacted customer service on January 13 regarding two unauthorized charges on my debit card. I spoke with a representative, but the issue was not resolved, and I was advised to get a new card due to security risks. Despite explaining I was traveling and needed the card, it was blocked without prior notice. When I tried to use it, the transactions were rejected. Upon calling today, I was informed that the block was due to the fraud investigation. This lack of communication and inconvenience could have been avoided. I requested a new card, wanting it expedited, but was told it would take 2 to 3 days as I live far from the bank. This whole situation could have been handled better. I hope the bank can reimburse me for the inconvenience. This experience has been frustrating, and I expect better service given my long history with the bank.

I seem to have misplaced my driver's license, so I am wondering if I can use my work ID from the VA hospital or my passport as alternative forms of identification. I also want to authorize my daughter on the account. Unfortunately, my wife has taken most of my belongings including my license, login information, and phones. I am concerned for my safety and prefer not to contact her. I am currently in a difficult situation and need access to my Virtual Quicksilver account. I appreciate your assistance in this matter.

I recently opened a new [redacted] account with Capital One Bank and transferred funds from my old Chase account. During the transfer process, an unrelated payment caused my Chase account to go negative. Capital One suspected fraud, locked my new account, and did not return the money. Despite multiple attempts to contact them by phone and through the Capital One Café, I have been unable to resolve the issue. I am trying to close the account and have my funds returned as soon as possible.

My phone is broken, and the speaker is malfunctioning. To replace it, I need my account access reinstated by confirming my identity with an ID card. I lack a driver's license and vehicle, relying on my state-issued ID for verification. Living away from family, I cannot use services like Uber until I access my funds, making it impossible to visit a branch for identity confirmation. I've been trying to resolve my restricted account issue with Capital One for a while now. I received an email saying my account would be closed and a check sent, but now I doubt that will happen soon. I previously spoke with customer support who temporarily lifted the restrictions, only to have them re-imposed 2 days later. Now, when I try to reach out, I'm directed to leave a message for a callback in 48 hours. I prefer email as I can't always answer unknown numbers on my phone. I noticed that a credit of $[redacted] was applied to my previously closed account when I logged in. However, the account disappeared from my online dashboard, which I assumed meant that the check was being processed. I received a letter from Capital One regarding the refund, and I am now checking for any updates on when I can expect to receive the funds. The closed account in question is a Venture CC with the last four digits being [redacted].

I've been attempting to make a significant purchase on Airbnb. They necessitate payment authentication through Capital One to the phone number on my profile. However, I've recently moved to New Zealand for a few months and have changed my phone number to a New Zealand one. When I try to update the phone number on my account to my current one, the system rejects it as it's not a US number. I'm unsure how to proceed, but I urgently need to change my phone number.

Capitol One - Proceed with Caution I purchased a vehicle through Capitol One finance a few years back and maintained timely payments until encountering difficulties due to health issues. Despite seeking assistance, they repossessed my vehicle while I was trying to make a partial payment. This setback undermined my credit rebuilding efforts as I strive to recover. Now, Capitol One is enticing me with invitations to buy another vehicle, a crucial necessity. However, I am hesitant to trust Capitol One after my negative experience. Despite my loyalty over almost 6 years, the company's actions have left me questioning their integrity. Facing challenges such as losing my car and my wife's passing within a year, I am cautious about Capitol One's reliability as a finance provider. I made three recent payments: two for $[redacted] and one for $[redacted]. The first payment was processed after some delay as I made it on a Friday. Despite waiting for three business days, my balance hasn't updated. Concerned, I made another payment of the same amount. Typically, my balance updates immediately after a payment, but this time it was still processing the next day. Frustrated, I made another payment with the remaining funds in my account to cover my credit card bill. Strangely, the payments are still processing even though they show on my bank statement. My credit line was $4,[redacted] and is now $3,[redacted], but my available credit hasn't been updated. I'm unsure if the issue lies with the Capital One app, a system glitch, or if there's a problem with the transactions. As I need the card to pay my school bills and other expenses, I hope to resolve this soon.

I have been trying to apply for credit cards, but unfortunately, I never seem to get approved. Some mentioned pre-approval, but it seems like I am always denied before I even have a chance for a fresh start. I feel like I am on a list where as soon as my name comes up, I am already not approved. I am upset because we won't be paid for our time off, and I've been on time with my payments since I received my card.
