I have been struggling to access my account for several hours, causing me immense frustration. I initially opened an online account smoothly with one card but encountered issues when trying to add two more. The site requested my social security number, which I provided, yet after repeated attempts to reset the password, it kept stating it was incorrect and eventually locked my account. Despite finding instructions on how to unlock the account, the process only led to it being locked again. The chat function briefly appeared, but it disconnected before I could type my question, and I was unable to bring it up again. The site overall lacks user-friendly assistance. I am seeking to have my account unlocked, add my additional cards, and have easy access to support in case of further complications. Due to a medical condition, I am unable to speak on the phone, so alternative communication methods are necessary. My attempts to have my wife call on my behalf were unsuccessful despite providing verifying information.

I had a Capital One credit card and was a loyal customer. After filing for bankruptcy due to my ex-husband's passing, I applied for a new card. Bayport, my bank, had reissued all credit cards, but I was unaware. I continued to pay with the expired card and my account was closed without notice. I went to my bank, got the new card, and paid my bill, only to discover my credit had dropped by 37 points. I did not do this intentionally and it has now left me unable to get credit. I am currently in Colombia and facing an issue with using my Capital One VentureOne card. I am having issues with my Walmart Capital One credit card. I made a $40 payment out of the $[redacted] balance, but my balance increased instead of decreasing. If this matter is not resolved by the Walmart Capital One credit card company, I will take legal action. I am willing to pay the $84 fee. If the payment is accepted, I plan to make monthly money order payments and possibly cancel my Walmart Capital One credit card. I believe they are being unfair to all their customers. My issue remains unsolved. The customer service representative at Capital One was kind and helpful, but after being transferred to the application department, I was informed by a recording that they were closed, leading to the call being disconnected. Unfortunately, I am back at square one with no progress. It seems I will have to try calling again on Monday when they reopen to resolve my secured credit card application problem. The customer service team I initially spoke with couldn't assist with this specific issue. I'm still in need of help regarding the secured credit card where you pay $[redacted] to start building credit. I encountered online application difficulties and require live assistance from Capital One. The problem persists, and any help would be greatly appreciated. 🙏

Regarding my recent payment on my Capital One Mastercard, I made the payment on March 24 at around 15:50 Helsinki Time. The statement sum was $2,[redacted].24 as per the email I received on February 27, plus an additional $[redacted].49 for a cell phone purchase, as notified in an international transaction alert email on March 12. The total paid was $2,[redacted], rather than waiting for the next statement which would have been $2,[redacted] as confirmed in the email on March 26. Therefore, the next statement should have shown either a credit of $3.27 or 0.00. I received an email on March 26 confirming the payment of $2,[redacted] and another email on March 27 stating that $4.56 is due on April 21. I attempted to contact the toll-free number on the Capital One website on April 20 between 9:30 & 10 am Helsinki Time but encountered issues with the phone numbers. I am unsure who is responsible for the delay in processing, Scotiabank or Capital One. I am also inquiring about the $4.56 charge, as I believe it may be unfair given that I made the payment electronically before the deadline, considering it would have covered the upcoming statement. I have encountered repeated issues with my Capital One Walmart Rewards card as the company keeps placing holds on my account due to suspected fraud. This has become frustrating for me, especially since I consistently pay off the full balance at the Walmart in Tiffin, OH. I got this card to earn points for an airline ticket to visit my best friend in Philadelphia, PA. The constant blocks were unexpected and are hindering my plans. I provided Capital One with a copy of my state ID as requested, despite facing challenges due to the lack of fingers on my right hand for taking clear photos. I have activated a secured credit card but am unable to see it on my Capital One online banking. If I have to use separate interfaces to manage this card, I would rather close it. I prefer managing all my cards through my Capital One account.

My wife and I had a trip planned to Cabo, Mexico from 12/13/[redacted] - 12/21/[redacted] for a wedding, which got canceled due to Covid-19. The trip ID is [redacted]8, and I received a credit of $1,[redacted] for our Delta flights. Since we are not returning to Cabo in the foreseeable future, as the trip was solely for the wedding that got canceled, we plan to fly from Dallas to Virginia next week. However, when trying to use the credit, I encountered an issue as it seems to be restricted to international flights. We do not have any international travel plans for a long time, so we would appreciate any assistance in converting this credit for use on domestic flights with Delta. We are willing to pay any associated fees if required. These miles are important to us, and we hope to utilize them on our upcoming trip. Thank you.
