I am a long-time customer of Capital One and have used Zelle through Capital One to send money in the past. On ******, I received an email that I was sent $*** from a friend through Zelle. But a few days later the money still wasn't in my account. I contacted Zelle and they told me the money would be deposited within a few days. My email address was confirmed (*****@***.com). I still haven't received the money. I contacted Zelle again and was told it is a problem with Capital One. If you could get back to me on this asap I would appreciate it. Thank you.
