I have a concern regarding a package that was marked as delivered but I have not received it. I already contacted a customer service agent and provided details about my package. The tracking number is LL[redacted]53CN. The package is a black leather shoulder bag that cost me a total of US $18.22. It was marked as delivered on April 9th at 11:26 am in my mailbox, but I never received it. I am the only one with access to my apartment mailbox. The agent advised me to ask the seller to start a claim with Canada Post, but the seller declined, stating they have proof of postage. I am curious about where the package could be - possibly in the wrong mailbox or at a local post office. I would like guidance on the necessary steps to locate my missing package.

On April 16th, I purchased my favorite clothing items from an online store in Canada. I arranged for the items to be shipped to a freight forwarding company in the United States for delivery to me. The website decided to use Canada Post for the delivery. I noticed today that my package was marked as delivered at 6:57 am. Typically, deliveries are not accepted at such an early hour by the freight forwarding company I selected. The status shows delivery confirmation, but no signature was requested. I am unsure where the package was delivered and if my chosen forwarding company can accept and forward it to me. I am eagerly awaiting a response.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my frustrations with Canada Post regarding a recent shipment I sent to Stratford, ON. on 04/16/[redacted]. Despite paying for Priority shipping ($[redacted]) to ensure the package's arrival by 04/18/[redacted], it did not reach its destination until a week later on 04/23/[redacted]. This delay caused significant inconvenience and additional costs, as the recipient had already left for their overseas trip by then. After contacting customer service and speaking with several agents, I was eventually directed to a supervisor named Charlie who could only arrange for the package to be returned to me. Upon arrival at the designated terminal to collect the package, I was surprised to learn that an additional $87 fee was required to retrieve it. I believe that I am entitled to a refund and an apology for the subpar service I received. I refuse to pay over $[redacted] for a service that was not provided as promised. My service Ticket Number is [redacted], and my tracking number was [redacted][redacted]. I look forward to your prompt assistance in resolving this matter. Sincerely, B. I.

Hello, I recently received a letter from Alexandria, Egypt that was supposed to be delivered to Moncton, Canada. The package tracking number is EE[redacted]54EG. According to Egypt Post, it was sent on Egypt Air flight MS [redacted] from Cairo, Egypt to Toronto, Canada on March 18, [redacted]. After contacting both Egypt Post and Canada Post, neither have confirmed its whereabouts. Canada Post mentioned it could be with Canadian customs. Customs Canada, however, stated they haven't received it from Canada Post for inspection. I'm hoping for assistance in tracking down this package and verifying if it's in the possession of Canadian customs or if it's lost. Thank you for any help you can provide. Sincerely, Eng. Omar Safwat

Hello, I am writing to inform you of the tracking ID RP[redacted]85IN from PTU, Punjab Technical University, which sent my transcripts to the IQAS office (International Qualifications Assessment Service) in Canada as per my request. It has been 5 months since I applied and PTU dispatched the documents, but it is still in transit. I am lodging a complaint against India Post and urging for prompt delivery to IQAS due to the urgency for my PR process in Canada. I cannot afford any further delays. Kindly prioritize this matter, update me on the actions taken, and provide a complaint number for tracking purposes. You can contact me at +[redacted]73 or [redacted] I await your response. Thank you.

Our small business and neighboring businesses have not received mail for four days. This is causing issues for us as small business owners who rely on this service. I am aware that our regular mail carrier is ill, with no replacement available, and the mail remains unsorted and inaccessible for pickup. Small businesses like ours have contingency plans for employee absences, and it is concerning that Canada Post cannot maintain service during an emergency. This situation highlights the need for better competition in mail services to ensure reliability.

I recently had an important government mail sent to my older address instead of my current one on Prince Edward Island from Brampton. My friend sent it to 57 Burns Avenue, Charlottetown, but it should have been addressed to 57H Burns Avenue, Charlottetown, missing the crucial 'H'. I contacted customer service to correct the address, but the mail is still stuck at the Brampton post office for the past 3 to 4 days. The tracking information indicates this delay. As it is a government letter, it is imperative that I receive it. The mail was sent via express delivery to ensure quick arrival, but this oversight has caused a delay in receiving it. Any assistance in resolving this issue and having the mail properly delivered would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, Over the weekend, I discovered that a package was delivered to my condo's front door, which is not a secure location. Unfortunately, I did not find the package and reached out to my neighbors via email but received no responses. I am disappointed by this situation and believe Canada Post should exercise more caution. I have usually received packages left outside my door safely in the past, but this time, the package seems to be missing. I am considering leaving a note in my mailbox requesting delivery notices for all parcels, regardless of the need for a signature. I also inquired with the company that sent the item, and they explained that Canada Post bears the responsibility once the package leaves their warehouse. As a result, they are unwilling to refund me the $67.20 for the product. I never authorized leaving packages at my doorstep. I kindly request reimbursement for the lost item and would like to know the necessary steps and documentation for this process. Can I receive the refund at my local post office using tracking number [redacted][redacted], which indicates the package was left at the front door? Thank you.

I am experiencing a recurring issue with my mail delivery that needs addressing. Recently, a birthday card intended for me was mistakenly delivered to 21 Hubert Ave in Scarborough, instead of my address at 21 St. Hubert Ave in Toronto/East York, M4J-3Z1. The discrepancy in postal codes seems to be a recurring problem. Despite the sender providing clarifications on the envelope, the card was returned to them in Echo Bay. This delay has caused me to miss receiving the card in early April. This is not an isolated incident, as I deal with important documents such as government and legal papers. I cannot afford these ongoing mistakes. I am seeking accountability for these repeated errors in mail delivery. Thank you.

Hello, my item is currently at the Mississauga facility. On Thursday, it was marked as arrived, but I've since received multiple messages indicating it has been processed on Friday, Saturday, and Monday morning. This is a new experience for me, and I was initially given a delivery date of May 21 which was later changed to May 22 due to a holiday. Despite the repeated processing in Mississauga, I am concerned because my deliveries typically come from the Etobicoke location. I am unsure why my package has been processed three times in Mississauga without being sent to Etobicoke for delivery. I would appreciate it if someone could explain this situation to me as it is confusing why the package hasn't made its way to the Etobicoke office yet. Thank you for your assistance in clarifying this matter.

My mailbox is situated at the corner of Sapton Road and Poplar Road in the RM of Springfield, Manitoba. The mailing address is Box 12, Group 24, RR2 Dugald, Manitoba. Today, upon going to collect my mail, I noticed that one set of boxes was in the ditch, and the other three appeared to have been hit in an attempt to push them into the ditch as well. This marks the second incident in the last two weeks. I am aware that Canada Post is in the process of upgrading to new mailboxes, but I am unsure of the timeline. I believe relocating the entire group of mailboxes to Crooks Creek would be beneficial since most individuals already have to travel that road to access the mail. By moving the group, we can keep our addresses and only have to adjust the pickup location, which would also increase traffic on this highway. Sincerely, Brenda A.

On June 5, [redacted], a piece of mail intended for [redacted] [redacted] Blackthorn Road NE, Calgary, AB was mistakenly delivered to [redacted] instead. Unfortunately, my neighbor opened it and read its contents, compromising the confidentiality of my business with the City of Calgary, which is concerning. I have consistently redirected incorrectly addressed mail in the past, unopened, to the post office or the correct recipient. I am questioning how these errors occur during sorting and delivery. Is it a systemic issue or a lack of attention to detail? Recently, a Canada Post auditor noted challenges in delivering mail at Thornhill Green, emphasizing that numbers should be easy to read. Can Canada Post provide a solution to prevent such mix-ups in the future? Maintaining the privacy of my personal information is essential, and I hope for a resolution to avoid such incidents in the future. Thank you, Doreen M. Geraghty

I am experiencing ongoing frustrations with a particular Postmistress at Salmo Post Office. Over the past two years, she has consistently exhibited a disrespectful attitude towards not only myself but other patrons as well. Despite my repeated interactions with her, alerting her to the fact that she continues to place another individual's mail in my designated post office box, she dismisses my concerns by stating, "We have over [redacted] mailboxes to manage; we cannot verify each piece of mail." This justification is unacceptable to me as I have previously resided in a location where the post office successfully rerouted my mail to the appropriate address. I feel belittled by her condescending tone and her reluctance to rectify this issue. I am seeking guidance on how to escalate this matter to the appropriate authorities to ensure a resolution. Thank you for your assistance.

I reside at [redacted] Commissioners Rd West Apt [redacted] in London, N6J4G3. Over the weekend, I had a book stuck in my mailbox due to its size. The postal delivery woman mentioned there should have been an over-sized delivery box available, but it was returned due to a misunderstanding about future construction. It is essential that the box is installed for my incoming items. Kindly reach out to Mr. Thomas at [redacted] from Boardwalk, as I have spoken to him but encountered issues. Your assistance in addressing this matter promptly is appreciated. Thank you, Keith M. Tuohy

On May 30, [redacted], I applied and paid for a new photo ID at the Access Nova Scotia (Nova Scotia Registry of Motor Vehicles) on Baker Drive in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. I was advised it would be sent by mail. However, by June 27, [redacted], it had not arrived, prompting me to call the Nova Scotia Registry of Motor Vehicles at 1-[redacted] around 3:30 PM. I spoke with 'Cathy,' who suggested going back to Access Nova Scotia for a replacement, which I have not done yet. I believe it's crucial to protect one's privacy and identity, especially in today's world. I am extremely disappointed that Canada Post has lost my card. I urge Canada Post to conduct a thorough investigation into the matter. I expect a prompt response regarding this issue. As of July 4, [redacted], my photo ID card has still not been located.

Last week, my parcel, which required a signature, was not delivered to my home as expected. I was home all day and the day before. The parcel ended up at the nearest local postal depot at Brookside Lawton's store. I am frustrated that the mail person no longer brings parcels needing a signature to the door. I believe signature items should be delivered in person first and taken to a postal outlet only if the recipient is unavailable. This issue has happened repeatedly, and I, along with my neighbors, suspect the mail person does not attempt door delivery. To resolve this problem, I request that my "signature required mail" be brought to my door and the doorbell be rung for delivery. Thank you.

I, Suryakant Patel, a 69-year-old senior citizen residing at 10 Tapscott Road, Scarborough, M1B 3L9, am speaking on behalf of several seniors regarding the closure of the post office at Mac Convenience Store in Malvern Mall, located at 31 Tapscott Road. The post office has been merged with the one at Pharma Save on Sheppard and Morningside Avenue. This decision has caused significant difficulties for many seniors living in the surrounding 12 apartments near Malvern Mall, including those in a TCHC apartment at [redacted] Nelson Road. The commute to Pharma Save near Morningside Avenue and Sheppard, involving two buses, is especially challenging during adverse weather conditions. I urge you to reconsider this closure in the best interest and welfare of senior citizens, rather than solely focusing on revenue. Another option could be to reopen the closed post office at Shopper Drug Mart at [redacted] Neilson Road, which is also close to the Malvern senior community. I hope for a positive response in support of seniors.

Yesterday, during a live chat, I inquired about the replacement key for my mailbox. I was told by the clerk at the post office on Rutherford and Islington that the key was at their location under delivery card #[redacted][redacted]. Unfortunately, when my husband went there, he was misdirected to another post office. The clerk at the wrong location seemed confused and denied having the key, causing unnecessary trouble. We were given incorrect information regarding the post office address, leading to wasted time and frustration. I am eager to obtain the replacement key and would appreciate clear confirmation of which post office outlet it is at, along with a smooth pick-up process to avoid any further issues.

Tracking number [redacted][redacted] indicates the parcel was delivered on July 11, [redacted], to the community mailbox, but I did not find the key in my mailbox. I have checked on Friday, July 12, and Monday, July 15, and still have not received the key or the parcel. I have been at home all day every day and no delivery person has come to my door. I also checked outside all sides of my home, but there was no parcel to be found. Amazon.ca confirms that the parcel was correctly addressed. I am concerned that the delivery person may have mistakenly put the key in the wrong mailbox. It has happened twice before where a key was placed in the wrong mailbox, but thankfully, honest individuals returned the parcels to me. I am hopeful that Canada Post can assist in locating the correct mailbox where the key was possibly placed. I am also considering the possibility that the delivery person may have forgotten to leave the key in my mailbox.

Hello Ron, are you still there? The real weight of your item is determined by the weight measured for the item. I apologize, but I do not have access to the weight and dimensions for this tracking number in my system. If you could provide me with your first name, last name, full mailing address, email, and contents of the parcel, I can assist you further with creating a service ticket. When the Canada Post agent accepts the package at the post office, they will weigh it at the counter. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Thank you for choosing Canada Post.
