I have been a boost mobile customer for YEARS. I recently had to purchase a new phone because the one I had broke. I spent $***.** on the phone. And yesterday I spent * hours on the phone trying to activate the phone, to be told that the phone I purchased is not compatible with boost mobiles new net work, I am so disgusted, I don't even like the new network, it does not even work in my area, I think the customer should be able to choose new or old net work. I have always bragged about boost mobile, and had several of my friends switch to boost. Well not anymore, I am so disappointed in boost, and have been a customer for at least * years. Not anymore, I'm moving on to something different, where I can choose what I want, and not be told what I have to HAVE
