I made a taxi reservation through Booking.com for a pick-up at Laguardia today at 4:30, with a return scheduled for Sunday at 7:30 from Hotel Indigo to Laguardia. The taxi service contacted me, mentioning JFK instead of Laguardia. After confirming the correct details, they reassured me of the correct pick-up location. I have screenshots of the conversation. Despite contacting the taxi service, they informed me that the driver was sent to Hotel.com, leaving me unsure of how to proceed.

I made a reservation on Booking.com for a pickup at Laguardia today at 4:30 PM to go to Hotel Indigo. I received a text this morning from the service confirming a pickup at JFK, but I corrected them with my flight details and asked to confirm the pick-up at 4:30 from Laguardia. Upon arriving at Laguardia, I received a text that the driver was on the way to the hotel instead. I tried calling the driver, but he insisted on going to the hotel. Customer service confirmed my booking but couldn't assist as the driver was already at the hotel. They advised me to seek a refund through Booking. I'm in a difficult situation, having paid over $[redacted] with no ride to the hotel or back on Sunday. I urgently need assistance. Thank you.

I recently received a cancellation email for my reservation at City Residence Strasbourg Centre. The email claimed my card was invalid, but this cannot be the case since the funds were available when I made the booking. I am worried about the cancellation so close to my travel dates. My booking number is: [redacted] and my Pin number is: [redacted]. I would appreciate if you could reinstate my booking and attempt to process the payment from my card again. Should this not be successful, I am willing to provide an alternative card, but I urgently request that my reservation is not cancelled. I booked my breakfast at Best Western St Pierre, Paris through booking.com with confirmation number [redacted].[redacted].[redacted]. The price was supposed to be 12 euros but the hotel charged me E15, stating an error on booking.com's part. This is not the first time booking.com's pricing has been inaccurate. Also, I wasn't given the option to enter my Nectar card number for the advertised awards during the booking process. Can you please clarify both of these issues? Thank you.

Hello, I had a booking at Budapest 7 Seasons Apartment for Dec 2nd. The booking was refundable until Nov 25th, I believe. Unfortunately, we experienced a medical emergency one day prior to the flight, which endangered my daughter's life, forcing us to cancel our trip. Despite our numerous requests to cancel and providing medical evidence, the hotel charged us the full amount and refused to reimburse us or offer a credit for a future visit. While I understand rules and policies, there are circumstances where compassion towards the customer should prevail. I kindly request your assistance in this matter. Thank you.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding a flight booking experience I had with you. Our booking reference was 40-[redacted]22 for a flight from Dublin to Kochin on October 12th via Booking.com. We received an email stating that the flight was cancelled, and although Customer Care rescheduled another flight for the same day, we did not receive the E-tickets. Despite multiple contacts with Booking.com, we were repeatedly asked to wait for 72 hours, then another 24 hours, without any resolution. We faced immense stress, especially with a 2-month-old baby, waiting until 1 am the night before the supposed travel date. Ultimately, we had to purchase an emergency ticket costing over £[redacted] extra to reach Kochi. We seek a refund and full compensation due to the significant inconvenience caused by this situation.

Hello, I made a reservation for two nights at Pets Friendly Glowcester. I paid [redacted]£ initially, but upon leaving, the owner contacted me regarding a broken microwave plate and requested an additional 65£. I explained that the plate was already damaged prior to my stay, but she insisted I pay for not reporting it. The owner also remotely controlled the heaters through an app, resulting in two cold days during our stay. Furthermore, she demanded extra payment for a room my daughter used, despite initially permitting us to access the entire house. The sudden change in charges for these issues seemed unreasonable and frustrating.

I had my 28-day stay canceled at Motel 6 because they only allow occupants to stay for 21 days. I am a disabled veteran. When I arrived early, hoping to check-in before 3 pm, the manager and clerk informed me that due to a mistake by the booking agency, I could only stay for 21 days instead of the 28 days I had booked and paid over $[redacted] for. I had to check in for another 7 days and am waiting for Mr. Brian Strain from Bank of America to resolve the matter for a full refund. Thank you, Mr. Brian Strain, disabled veteran.

The Hotel Fab Golden Home in Amritsar advertised a free airport shuttle on their website, but upon arrival on 5/12/[redacted], we were informed it was no longer offered. The hotel staff claimed they were unaware of this and suggested contacting Booking.com to address the issue. Consequently, we had to utilize an Uber and incur charges. Additionally, the hotel is in an inconvenient location inaccessible by regular transport, forcing us to park far away and carry our luggage. It is essential for Booking.com to promptly update the website and reimburse the taxi expenses.

I had made a reservation at Hotel Cultura Plaza in San José, Costa Rica, for December 3rd, [redacted], through Booking.com. Despite updating my credit card information as per their request on November 30th, my reservation was unexpectedly canceled on December 2nd, the day before my check-in. Despite contacting the hotel and making multiple attempts to update my payment details, I arrived in Costa Rica only to find out my reservation had been canceled, with no available rooms at the hotel. The receptionist seemed indifferent to the situation, offering no real explanation for the cancellation. I was left to find alternative accommodation, which ended up being more expensive and time-consuming. The experience left me with the impression that Hotel Cultura Plaza may be overbooking their rooms and using credit card issues as an excuse to cancel reservations. Despite wanting to leave a warning on Booking.com, my canceled reservation prevented me from doing so.

I contacted Julie on November 17th at 9:47. We received a quote for reservation number [redacted] but were charged a different amount. Julie assured me that the $31.34 difference would be refunded after our stay. I sent the proof of payment via email earlier today, but the response indicated a total cost of $[redacted].34, not the quoted amount. I am still expecting the refund as promised. I made a reservation at Hotel Aqua Manor through booking.com for November 25th to November 26th, [redacted]. Regrettably, my daughter fell ill, and we had to cancel our trip to San Diego in advance. From November 7th to 10th, I stayed at Alloggi Pontecorvo (confirmation [redacted]9), part of Hotel Giotto in Padova, Italy. I settled my entire stay in cash at the hotel. Nevertheless, a deduction of 53 euros appeared on my credit card statement which has already been processed. The hotel mentioned it was due to a pre-authorization that had been canceled. Hello Customer Service, I had very high expectations for the 3-star Hotel Paris Gambetta, but unfortunately, it did not meet reality. The cleanliness and maintenance of the building, including the stairs and elevator, were not up to par, but the main concern was the room itself. I have taken some pictures that I can share with you. The room is extremely cold, especially during winter, as the central heating system is turned off. I cannot bear to stay here for the remaining 9 nights as it is too chilly for comfort. Please assist me in finding another suitable accommodation urgently. If not, I will have to seek alternative arrangements. I am requesting a refund from you promptly. Please respond within 24 hours. Our experience at Casa Livio was disappointing for our family. Despite booking the apartment based on the beautiful pictures on booking.com, we were shocked by the reality upon arrival. The apartment was small, old, and had a strong smoky smell that filled the space, nothing like what was advertised. The owner's explanation that we had booked a different room did not justify the discrepancy. We felt misled and the overall experience was far from what was promised. Regrettably, we decided not to stay as the atmosphere was not conducive, but our request for a refund was met with poor customer service. Our stay at Casa Livio left us feeling like we were in a completely different place from what was showcased online.

Hello, I made a reservation at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Bursa some time ago. Surprisingly, my sister also had a reservation using a different account. She realized this and canceled one of the bookings. However, I was shocked to discover that my private reservation had been canceled as well. Originally, it was priced at [redacted] dinars for three nights, but now it shows as [redacted] dinars. I kindly request a refund for my reservation as I did not cancel it. My room was dirty with hair everywhere. The AC and refrigerator were not working, forcing me to throw away some food. The first night was miserable for my wife and me. They came in on Saturday to fix the refrigerator and change the thermostat, but I was not pleased with the experience. I requested a refund, and they advised me to process it through booking.com.

We made a reservation for a five-day stay at the Occidental Tucancun in Cancun, Mexico from December 24th to December 29th, [redacted]. According to the information on booking.com, we should be able to modify or cancel the booking until the 23rd of December. However, as of the 13th of December, we have been unsuccessful in trying to adjust our stay to only December 24th and 25th through the booking.com system. We have not received any response so far, and we urgently require a prompt reply.
