I purchased * BH&G bronze window box planters with coconut liners at Walmart in Cullman, Ala * weeks ago, which either of our stores any more. I need * more bronze ones. In talking to reps of BH&G and WM via phone and going online the only place in the country was Robertsdale, Ala and there were * ivory ones. I figured I would get * more and spray paint them. Problem being they were not available for delivery and must be picked up in store. I live in north Ala and these were in south Ala. I wanted these so much the only contact I could think of was a friend I had not talked to in **years. In the Mobile area. She agreed. Ironically she had a cousin in town from Bham going back last*Sun. I happened to be going to Bham last Sun also, wrong time. This weekend he happened to be going through C*Cullman to Hillel. Connection made! *Today I went to hang my window boxes and ironically the bronze one had no brackets to hang window box with. I called the store in Robertsdale, smoke with * managers and was told they could not ship me a part even though I bought a defective product. I was told my only recourse was to take it back for a refund. I would be out the planter I needed. I would ten have t call on someone to drive, purchase and mail me this product .
