I started a claim for my phone. I got a email saying they needed more information. I lost my phone somewhere after the **th of November. I had not filed a claim sooner because I had not realized that I had lost my phone until a few days later. I wanted to make sure I had lost it plus I was hoping that I would find it. I looked on my find my phone app and the last it had was November **th.
