**** MacBook Air. * days ago "iCloud out of storage space. Upgrade or manage". I moved MUCH STUFF onto external hard drives, so now I have ** MB free space in my *** MB MacBook Air hard drive. It is still insisting I have to buy storage space. * Second problem, is it went ahead and debited my bank account for the $** or so for the upgrade monthly ALREADY. Please help with my storage problem, and direct me to the appropriate department for the billing. * This also affects my iPhone and my iPad. I don't have proof of purchase anymore, I don't think, but I can provide you with their serial numbers.

I have an issue with AppleCare too
How GetHuman6971378 fixed the problem
This issue came down to: how do I put a lot of photos onto my external drive WITHOUT having to delete all my photos from iCloud and having ** days to find a home for them. The expert showed me the iCloud website, iCloud.com. It displays all my iCloud photos from all my libraries- my MacBook Air, my IPad, and my iPhone, all in one place. There, I can move *,*** at a time by selecting them ( which is done by selecting one, then scrolling down to see as many as you want up to a thousand, holding down the shift key- this includes the larger number in the selection, . Right. Now you have many selected at once. Next, go up to the right hand top corner and click the cloud icon. Now it’s converting your many-photoed selection into a zip file. Move this zip file onto your desktop. From there, drag it(unopened) onto your external hard drive. Finally, go back to your iCloud.com page, look again in the top right corner of the screen, and (with your selection still selected) click the trash can icon. You’ve just salvaged a lot of storage space from ICloud without deleting everything. If you have more than a thousand photos to move off iCloud, do the process again. You can get rid of as much as you like* just do in in parcels of no more than *,***.
