Unauthorized Charges by Apple - My account number was used without permission by Apple for my 8-year-old's iPad app purchases. I did not provide permission for Apple to access my bank card. Apple debited $1,[redacted].70 from my account for game purchases, which is alarming. As a single mother on SS Disability, I depend on this money to pay my bills. I urgently need the funds returned. I am extremely disappointed that Apple utilized my account number without consent.

I purchased an iPhone X from China, and it was working fine until today when the screen kept showing the Apple logo and going black in a loop. After a local mobile shop inspected it, they mentioned it's a system issue and the hardware is fine but requested extra payment to fix the problem. I contacted Apple's customer care and was advised to visit a repair service center. At the center, a technician took my phone to a private room and returned with the broken power IC, asking for $[redacted] to repair it. Later, he claimed the face recognition part was also broken, demanding an additional $[redacted]. I was uncomfortable, but another staff member insisted on the payment. This experience with Apple has been frustrating and costly.

I bought an iPhone 12 Pro Max for my 13-year-old daughter in March at an AT&T store. Unfortunately, the store closed before the phone was activated, and the AT&T representative mistakenly enrolled me as a first responder under FirstNet, causing issues. Recently, my daughter forgot her original email used for activation, attempted to reset her password, resulting in a factory reset with the email forgotten. I've had the phone for two weeks now, unused for over three weeks. I'm seeking assistance to resolve this matter, either by fixing the phone or providing a replacement and crediting my account for a month due to the lack of use.

I would like to follow up on my issue with Logic Pro. My case number is [redacted]42. You can reach me at [redacted]-[redacted], I am Mr. Chan. I have encountered two major issues: 1. The app responds very slowly and sometimes doesn't open at all, necessitating a forced quit. This problem doesn't occur when I use another user login, indicating the issue may lie with the "USER's" settings. I am considering resetting all settings in Logic Pro to resolve this. 2. When attempting to record an audio clip (punching in while playing by pressing "R"), all other audio, including virtual instruments, mute for a few milliseconds to 1-2 seconds. The recording also doesn't start immediately, resulting in the beginning of the clip being cut off. I have experimented with different settings and scenarios, but the issue persists, especially when the number of tracks increases. These problems arose despite various attempts to adjust Logic Pro settings. My device details are as follows: - Model: iMac18.3 - Processor: Quad-Core Intel Core i7 4.2GHz - Memory: 40GB - Storage: 1.8TB available - OS: Big Sur 11.4 - Audio Interface: Scarlett 18i20 I have ensured the audio driver is up to date, and even testing without the interface did not resolve the lagging issue.

I am facing phone issues that seem to indicate it has been hacked. The unknown hacker is requesting my credit card information, even though I don't have a bank account. My phone storage shows full even after deleting pictures, and I have difficulty accessing web pages despite having sufficient high-speed data and Wi-Fi. Loading pages and videos take longer than usual. My text messages are being manipulated, and I suspect someone else is controlling my phone. I believe the hacker is limiting my cloud storage, causing performance issues. I fear my data is not secure due to these unwanted activities. I bought an iPhone 13 Pro Max and received an email on November 19th stating it would be delivered on November 22nd. My order number is W[redacted]27. I informed Apple that I would be out of town for Thanksgiving when the delivery was scheduled, and they directed me to UPS. UPS assured me they would make three delivery attempts and then hold the phone at the local facility for five business days. However, I never received any emails about delivery attempts and struggled to get information from UPS. Upon returning home, I visited the UPS facility on Monday, November 29th, only to find out that the phone had been sent back to Apple.

My girlfriend received an AirTag alert showing it was moving with my vehicle. We reached out to our local law enforcement, but no action was taken. An officer accessed my girlfriend's phone and only turned off the notification updates from the AirTag, not disabling the AirTag. We are not receiving any notifications from the AirTag, so we are unaware of its location on the vehicle.

I submitted my iPhone 8 to be repaired while my AppleCare was active. Despite only requesting the screen to be fixed, the technicians discovered an additional issue without consulting me. Upon receiving the phone back, I noticed that the screen was in worse condition. After contacting customer service and being advised to pay $99.99 to resolve the issue, I later found out that they are now requesting $[redacted] for total repairs or $[redacted] for just the screen. This situation feels unfair, especially considering the initial warranty coverage. I am seeking resolution to this matter.

I contacted you about my phone replacement last week. I was meant to return it within 10 days, but on the 10th day, Christmas Eve, FedEx couldn't pick it up. My issue pertains to an unknown subscription between my iTunes Store and App Store. I have noticed recurrent charges of 0.49 euros through PayPal to the iTunes Store, occurring seven times, with one instance charging me 1 euro. The charges do not follow a specific pattern; they seem random. Initially, I contacted PayPal for clarification, and they indicated it's a subscription between iTunes and the App Store, redirecting me to AppleCare. I received a notification saying my MacBook Air's iCloud storage was full and needed an upgrade. I resolved this by transferring files to an external hard drive, leaving me with 35 MB free space out of [redacted] MB. Despite this, it still prompts me to purchase more storage. On top of this, it charged me $15 for the upgrade without my authorization. I need assistance with the storage issue and guidance on resolving the billing concern. The problem also impacts my iPhone and iPad. While I lack proof of purchase, I can supply the serial numbers if necessary.

Despite Assurant informing us of a 2-week backlog, she opted to visit an Apple store, where they swiftly repaired or replaced the device under warranty. We faced difficulties trying to cancel the claim with Assurant, the phone insurance provider through T Mobile, as they claimed no filed claim existed, even though we only had a repair ID, not a claim number. Nevertheless, my daughter has just received a new phone via FedEx, and my account was charged the $99 deductible. She intends to return the shipped phone promptly. I am using a Mac OS Monterey computer and encountered an issue in Quicken while trying to rename a file resulting in the entire file being changed unintentionally. I am not very tech-savvy, being 88 years old. Feeling lost, I stopped using Quicken. My son recommended accessing the Time Capsule Back-up to recover the lost information. Seeking advice from friends led me to contact Apple Care for assistance. I urgently require the information from Quicken for tax purposes. I reached out for help and mentioned losing multiple files or parts of files but was informed it wasn't considered a technical issue, which left me feeling stuck and frustrated.

I purchased an iPad Air 4 on 12/22/[redacted] and received it on 1/30/[redacted]. Since mid-March [redacted], I've had constant problems with it including screen blackouts, freeze-ups, and keyboard malfunctions. Apple ran diagnostics but found no issues. In May, they sent me a replacement iPad which was supposed to be new, but arrived in plain packaging, indicating it might be refurbished. I always buy Apple Care + and was told by a rep that the replacement would be new or like new. A $[redacted] hold was put on my Apple Card for security, but I expect a new device and demand Apple honor this. On July 26, [redacted], I lost my iPhone SE in Chicago near Marco Reus at [redacted] North Main Dr. The person who found it took it to a grocery store, and it was later replaced by an iPhone 12 mini with the phone number [redacted]40. I was contacted by a T-Mobile store located at [redacted] West County Rd. The person claiming to be Matthew, who previously lived at [redacted] N. Sawyer Ave., now has multiple phones, including mine. They are associated with Scott and may have a laptop. Unfortunately, my AirPods are also missing. I believe they are not being truthful about the situation and I hope the authorities can assist in resolving this matter promptly.

After restoring my iPhone, I encountered email issues that required a password reset. I had difficulty with a second Apple ID password since I didn't have it saved. The six-digit code delay added to the confusion. With the help of AppleCare, we tried different solutions, including using my wife's iPhone. Eventually, we successfully reset the password and resolved the issue. Everything is working fine now.

I have iPads showing 12 days left to renew AppleCare Plus, but it appears expired. Visited the Apple store and was advised to call AppleCare. After a lengthy call speaking with several representatives, last one confirmed I paid for extension but may take 48 hours to update. Checked with Best Buy technician, iPads not showing covered. Even with screenshots indicating coverage, payments not reflecting. Scheduled genius appointments but rescheduled due to delay in registration. I am struggling to get assistance in filing an insurance claim for my lost iPhone 12. I purchased the phone and insurance in July [redacted] but was told I needed an EMI number for the claim, which I was never informed about when I bought the insurance and phone. Can I please get a refund for the insurance since I cannot proceed with the claim? I have a proof of purchase showing the insurance and phone transaction but lack the EMI number. I have already cancelled my T-Mobile account associated with the phone due to the loss.

I downloaded Skillz from the App Store last year to play Yatzy Royal and Solitaire Cube. They offer a $1 bonus for referring a friend, and after setting up my husband's account and depositing money for both of us, we didn't receive the bonus. During a tournament, my app abruptly stopped working, and my husband encountered the same issue. Skillz suspended our accounts, alleging we were the same person, which we disputed with our IDs. They haven't responded. I noticed numerous unauthorized duplicate charges on my credit card from Skillz totaling hundreds of dollars. They previously refunded some duplicate charges when I had multiple accounts due to email login issues. Now, both my husband's and my accounts have been suspended with our funds. I demand a full refund. I suspect Skillz manipulates game matchups to prevent me from winning consecutively, delaying matches until someone beats my score. This seems deceptive.
