I moved all services to Spectrum. I was told by the person I spoke to that I was canceling all Uverse products on *-**-****. I was told that all services with Uverse would be cancelled that day. He said that I would get an acknowledgement and where to drop off all components. To date I have not received any email or where to drop off the components. I’m not going to pay Uverse*anything after *-**-****. I use auto pay*and need to pay my closing bill. I expect this to be done ASAP.
GetHuman-kimkrieg did not yet indicate what Apple should do to make this right.
