I bought * tickets to leave work for home. First the bus connection was late there wasnt a text or email that should came to me. We get on bus thats fine. We get to amtrack in Stockton. I try to put luggage on by them and check it. She allows a few items however not the same items that other amtrack has let us check. I let it GO and take it out. When checking bags my son was the one checking so i didnt have to locate my id n medical disability card. She told him she needed everyones ids and my disability paper. This is same woman who we checked in with the last * weeks so she knew who we were. I told her my husband had it. She said that i couldnt travel as disabled if i cant provide it. I told her he was out with our kids and can and will go get it. She said again yiu cant get the price booked if u dont get it. I have my son go get it. I bring it to her then she asked what my disability was.... Why does that matter first off. I booked online had all my etickets. I told her its personal and asked if there was an issue? I told her my id and disability papers match ... She said make sure each time i have my disability papers when i enter. I told her i always got it. Train comes. I put my youngest * kids ** and * in front of me on train to get a spot where us * can be together. My eldest son my husband and an employee are together behind waiting for everyone else to get belongings onto the train without issues. I put kids in a seat and put items in * seats all together. I go to help get stuff onto the train. We get it in and help elderly people put theirs above and onto the luggage racks. We go to where the seats are the items moved a lady in my seat. I tell the gentleman who was waiting to collect ticket info. He asked what was wrong i told him the lady moved my stuff and took our seat. He asked how if she moved our paper ticket i said no i had saved the seat with out items... He said ohh. I then asked my daughter what happened she told me the lady seen the stuff and my child told her it was ours so the lady gave it to my kid. She tried to tell the woman we were saving the seat she cant sit there. There was a language barrier. However i told the worker on train he says what did i expect him to do? Seriously have rhe woman move hello its not rocket science. He then stated he can raido and ask the guy if he got * somewhere else on train. So now were miving around looking for seats and cant take everything cause of size of it amd how close seats are. The train moving and trying to get situated we told women what is going on they said they will contact manager on train i say thanks. Then he said he knew and cant do nothing. Seriously all the stuff saying dont leave your items unwatched if you see it report it ect... BUT HE WONT DO NOTHING. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN EASIER TO MOVE * TO * CAUSE HER HUSBAND SHOWED UP WHEN WE WERE LEAVING THAN US TO HAVE TO TRY N FIND ROOM FOR * OF US BUT NO HE REFUSED. Our stuff in *nd to last car and us in the first car. Talk about not convenient. So were going from Dublin to Merced we git to Modesto before they even check our travel tickets. He never once checked back in with us after the issue. I am on hold and on phone waiting for the customers service to make complaint. As i make complaint the lady on phone has the nerve to sigh and make rude noises twords my complaimt. As we get to Merced i finally am done with the call for now but needed to call back cause i got nowhere with anyone and no number about complaint cause my pens and writing stuff was * cars away in my luggage. Smh im not very happy still. I get off at one area when im asked by my oldest ** yr old what car our stuff is on and how we get it. Im excuse my language but im bitching to him about it. We get it off as im on phone with a friend complaining and ordering a taxi cause she owns a company in Merced. I go to get my luggage feo a guy i had issues with the previous week due to his attitude with myself when i went in building. The guy very rudely tells me i need to pick it up outside. I get outside i ask him who his supervisor was he told me he is incharge. I asked who than was in charge of him. He said why i told him that its not what he says but how he says stuff. That the guy in train told me pick it up inside. I told him the way he spoke wasnt ok. He then did everything to try to make up for his rudeness by telling me he can drive it anywhere for me and that i shouldnt have to carry. Its funny how saying im calling to complain changes an attitude. Back to the issue this week. He was there when i went to get my luggage and he then says i need my forms. I told him my husband has it wait. He said he would drive it over. I agree. Im walking talking on phone about Joe the rude guy on train who was in charge and how i dk if my stuff was go thru ect. When joe the manager of train turns at me tells me shut the **** up that my stupid *** had trash on the train that i shouldn't have been allowed to even take onto train. I then start cussing him back out when Merczd guy i had issues with stops the cart with my stuff calls franco or franando or someone like that over to tell me to leave ang get my stuff to quit cussing at a man who started as a professional it was allowed by them for him to speak like that to me. They didnt say nothing to Joe. I had * witnesses plus another lady whom seen how they treated n let him treat me and tell me my items were trash and illegal. I see so much stuff illegal on the train from agressive pittbulls i cant even get past to use reqtroom to bikes that move all over to other stuff. Yet im disrespected n cussed and then threatened at by them. The guy he called over i tried to talk to about the issue from beginning of trip to that second when guy cusses at me he even told the guy the people who took our seat were ** yr old deaf folks. I find that funny since they spoke to my children and myself when i asked why they moved our stuff. The guy named franco or what ever at merved ststion and bald mannager refused to hear anything the bald guy told me to leave the property and he will make sure im never allowed on an Amtrack again. I feel the threats and how hoe got into my face was in a very threatening mannor. I then had to carry all my stuff cause manager refused to drive it like he said he would. Nobody would hear any of it OUT. I tried calling multiple times since the * of July and i get nowhere with this. Im very upset i use this train every week all summer to and from work with * to * of us each time every Sunday Monday or Tuesday. To and from the fair we work for. I deal with people every say of week. Ive never had so called professionals act like this before. I was even told i cant save seats with items that we should have all stayed together by Joe. This is sick how they did US. As a family or a group i pray nobody does this or feels like tgis again. What i want done... Id like them to go thru some kind of training and the threats looked into. It was the *:** bus from Stockton going to Merced CA the ladys on train were very respectful. I appriciate them trying to help. However the * men on the train very different. Then the men in Merced even more offensive. Not even caring ro hear from any of us * please contact me ********** i have more trips i need to make n fear cause the staff. I didnt enjoy the entire trip * plus hrs from pgone n disconnects on phone n hold for * plus hrs. Not ok thank you please again contact myself.
