One hour to our flight it was severely delayed. We was to board at *:** now the new flight time is **:**. This is causing us to miss our connecting flight. Then attended that changed my flight was very rude he did not have good customer service. I am very upset It doesn’t seem like we will be making it home. Then after all of this they broke my family up on the plane. This was bad. We was continually placed on a stand by list in which the agent began calling other before us knowing we was stuck at the airport for * days. My cousin then brought it to their attention. This was the worst experience ever. And to top everything you can’t even complain to a real person.
