I received an email indicating that I will receive a supplement subscription order, such as Nordic DHA, through my old Amazon account. I recently created a new Amazon account using my Echo device due to a new internet service and password change. My new account does not show the items in my previous cart or any subscriptions I had with the old account. I need help to cancel any subscription orders coming from my old account since I cannot locate them using my new account. Your assistance with this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with the Prime Try Before You Buy service. I placed an order for two sweatshirts with Order# [redacted]-[redacted]. I returned one sweatshirt within 7 days and received a refund. However, the second sweatshirt I kept resulted in a $30.92 charge to my bank account on the 7th day, 10/2/[redacted]. Despite being charged, I received an email indicating that the kept item was processed as a refund and will be debited again. I am seeking to cancel this erroneous return and prevent a second debit from my card.

My package was marked as delivered, but disappeared after I got a notification. I received texts regarding my Amazon order delivery, asking for help and informing me about the arrival time. The final text confirmed the delivery and mentioned the session closing soon. When I got home less than five minutes later, the package was nowhere to be found.

Dear Sir, Order ID: [redacted]-[redacted] I would like to report that the package I received did not contain the mobile phone or its accessories. Despite the delivery person's advice not to open the package, upon doing so, I discovered the mobile and accessories were missing. I reached out to Amazon Customer Care, but the payment was delayed for 2 days and I was asked to wait another 7 days, then 4 more days. Although I was informed on 22/09/[redacted] that my package was received in good order, I did not receive the mobile phone. I have attached a video of the unboxing as proof. I am unsatisfied with the response received and have filed a complaint with National Customer Service. I urge you to re-examine this matter promptly. As a subcontractor driver, I was instructed to call 30-45 minutes before delivery but was given the wrong number. Due to health issues, needing advance notice is crucial. Despite stating a delivery window of 10 AM-2 PM, the item was dropped off at 3:15 PM without notice. The driver, Charles from Seiyu SIL shipping, claimed he didn't see the instructions and decided to deliver early. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, he responded rudely before leaving the Fibropool pool heater. The behavior was unacceptable, and I plan to return the product due to this experience. Hello, I am in need of assistance regarding a parcel I am expecting from Amazon via UPS to Morocco. The shipment is a donation from a family in the USA, as my home was lost in an earthquake. The tracking information has not been updated properly, showing the parcel as abandoned. I am unable to go to the warehouse to collect it due to my disability. UPS Morocco suggested contacting Amazon to arrange delivery, but I only have the tracking number. I am unsure how to proceed in this situation. Thank you.

I was charged $[redacted].34 on 10/3/23 for an Amazon Prime membership I did not request. Upon calling Amazon on 10/20/23, I was promised a refund within 3-5 business days after canceling the membership. However, as of 10/31/23, I have not received the refund. After contacting Amazon again, I was asked to wait a few more days, but the refund has not been processed yet. I need help resolving this matter. Email me at [redacted]

I recently made a purchase and updated the shipping address, but it seems to have defaulted back to my previous address. I have successfully returned items with Amazon in the past using the app without any issues. However, the Apple AirPods Pro I received require a factory reset for return, and I am hesitant to open the unopened item for this. Also, 2 out of 4 items in the order are not showing up for return, and I would like clarification on this from an Amazon representative. I would appreciate speaking to a representative to address these concerns and ensure the return process goes smoothly.

Hello, I recently contacted customer service regarding a fraudulent transaction issue with PEARL. The problem is quite extensive. When checking my orders, I noticed a "PAYMENT REVISION NEEDED" message. I attempted to resolve the issue through the Amazon app but was unsuccessful. Subsequently, I dialed [redacted], a number I located online. After being on the phone for around 2 hours with a person I believed to be an authorized Amazon representative, I disclosed a significant amount of banking details. The representative mentioned a call back, which never occurred. Upon reviewing my bank account, I discovered that $[redacted] was withdrawn. This sum constitutes my entire savings. Please provide guidance on the matter.

I recently changed my cellphone service provider and now have a new number. Despite providing my identification three times, the two-step verification code keeps being sent to my old number which I no longer have access to. Customer service has been unhelpful despite numerous calls and emails stating that two-step verification is disabled. I am frustrated that after three weeks, I am still locked out of my Amazon prime account and continue to be charged. It's disappointing that such a large company like Amazon is struggling to resolve this simple issue, especially when my other online accounts have not posed such challenges. This situation is beyond my control and I hope for a swift resolution.

I received a notification that my ordered shoes were delivered. I looked for them but couldn't find them anywhere. Even in the picture emailed to me, I couldn't figure out the location. I suspect they were delivered to the wrong address, as they usually arrive at my door without issues. I would appreciate it if the shoes could be delivered to the correct address. If needed, I understand they may need to be re-ordered.

I received a notification from Amazon stating that my package had been delivered to my mailbox. After retrieving the package from my locked mailbox, I discovered it was open and empty. Despite reaching out to USPS, they were unable to assist and the seller has been unresponsive. I have been a loyal Prime member for years and just want the vitamins I purchased. I have tried contacting multiple customer service numbers, but each one ends with a pre-recorded message before disconnecting.

I returned two items at Kohl's in Greenwood, IN but I am still being charged for them. I received an email saying my original payment method has been charged because they have not received the original items by the expected return date of Nov 10, [redacted]. The items I returned were the NICETOWN Curtains 84 inches Long - (Pure White) 52 by 84 inches and the HonesaLoc 2-in-1 Door Security Bar & Sliding Patio Door Stopper. However, Amazon sent me an email claiming that these items were not returned.

Order [redacted]-[redacted] for $71.22 was delivered incorrectly at [redacted] W. Loyola. The delivery person left the packages on the sidewalk instead of using Amazon key to access the lobby stairwell. The items were likely stolen overnight. We request the items be redelivered to the address. If we're not present, they can be left in the secure lobby using the Amazon key function for access.

I have spent hours with technicians trying to set up my Prime Video subscription and have been paying for it. I need to speak with someone regarding this issue. I am unable to access Prime Video as the screen prompts me to start a 30-day free trial, which I do not need as I am already a paying member. Despite trying to call multiple times and entering the provided 3-digit code, I keep getting disconnected. Can someone please connect me with the appropriate person to resolve this problem so I can enjoy movies and sports events on Prime Video? Yesterday, I received a package with two HDVEAL 40W bulbs addressed to me, which I did not order. My last bulb order was on July 8, [redacted]. I checked my order history, and I didn't find any record of the bulbs mentioned above. It seems like there might have been a mix-up or someone is using my name or account. I tried calling but couldn't reach an agent to speak with.

I ordered a book titled "Total History of World War II" on Amazon with an estimated delivery date of October 4th. However, I have not received the order. UPS misplaced one of my snow tires and delivered the other three late. They cited a "severe weather delay," which I believe is untrue. A package handler disclosed that it was lost or damaged, as it disappeared during delivery. A package containing three tires arrived one day, missing the fourth tire that had a smaller secondary label. This tire was scanned for delivery but rerouted back to the facility. I intend to retrieve the tire from the facility to address safety concerns and facilitate scheduling a tire appointment around my work hours. I am requesting to pick up the tire promptly or receive a refund for the missing item.

Deliveries to my college dorm at the California Institute of the Arts in Santa Clarita/Valencia usually do not take place on weekends.
