After trying to get ahold of an AC representative for almost the entire day being disconnected and waiting in line. I am hard of hearing and find it difficult to hear so I tried to change my flight online. The only way is to “accept” that there will be a change fee. Since I had to change my original flight since there was going to be a delay I did not see that the connection had a different airport! I was traveling with someone who did not end up changing their ticket. So now they (Air Canada) is saying I have to pay to change my ticket since I accepted the terms of a charge. *Now I am stuck changing airports with luggage, after customs and navigating the train. Did I mention I have a disease that effects my balance and hearing. So frustrated. The last person was great on the phone but still no help. * You should have a live chat or direct email contact for issues like this. I have Caption Telephone on my cell but do not use TYY.**Please advice on what to do in the future to get a hold of someone.
