I made a reservation at NH Collection Amsterdam Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky for December 1st to December 2nd through the app. However, upon arrival, the hotel claimed they had no record of my reservation from Agoda. I ended up having to pay for the night again. Despite my requests, they insisted I needed to resolve the issue with Agoda. It's frustrating because I had already paid for the room through Agoda. This situation resulted in me paying twice for the same room. Additionally, the staff seemed to treat Agoda customers poorly compared to Booking customers.

Dear Agoda, I recently made a double booking at LCS Hotel and Apartment in Phnom Penh. The first booking appeared to fail without any notification, leading me to book again. However, the company charged me twice. The hotel staff advised me to contact Agoda first for them to communicate with them regarding the cancellation. They are willing to cancel the extra booking if Agoda reaches out to them. My original booking ID is [redacted]93, and the duplicate ID is [redacted]53. I had made a reservation for 2 rooms for 2 nights at Tarcin Forest Resort and Spa in Bosnia. Unfortunately, my grandfather passed away today, and we will be leaving Bosnia tomorrow. I am kindly requesting assistance in cancelling the reservation and receiving a refund. The hotel has advised me to contact Agoda regarding this matter. I hope you understand our situation. I would like a refund for booking number [redacted]71 made through Agoda's website for a stay at [redacted] 78. The parking situation was a surprise as it was not as described and the communication with the administration was difficult. The condition of the apartment was unacceptable, with dirty walls and worn-out bedding. The administrators were unresponsive and unhelpful. I had to call from a different number to get through to them. Please refund me for the stay that I could not complete. I hope for a prompt and reasonable resolution. I made 3 reservations for Sunotel in Barcelona, Spain. They were all supposed to be free until a week before the arrival date. However, for reservation number [redacted]19, Agoda charged my credit card [redacted] euros without my consent. Hello, my name is Chris. I'm currently staying at Red Roof Plus located at [redacted] Park Ten. My check-in was on Wednesday, December 1, [redacted]. Despite choosing this hotel based on its ratings, my experience has been disappointing. It took six room changes to find a decent one. The initial rooms had unpleasant odors, were roach-infested, and poorly maintained. I had to purchase cleaning supplies and roach spray. After a frustrating interaction with the manager, I was eventually given a satisfactory room. The lack of proper amenities like functional carts and limited laundry facilities further added to my inconvenience. The overall condition of the hotel is subpar, with cleanliness and maintenance concerns. I plan to report my experience to the BBB. This has been the worst accommodation I have ever encountered, and I will not be booking through this site in the future.

The room I stayed in was disappointing. The roof was broken, the commode didn't flush, the air conditioning wasn't functioning, and it hadn't been cleaned before my arrival. Even the pillow covers were dirty and unchanged. I am very disappointed and have already checked out. I am requesting a refund immediately. Now, I need to find another place to stay, and it is almost midnight. I will contact customer service tomorrow.

We made a reservation at Hotel La Maison Saint Germain in Paris. We arrived on December 4th and left on December 5th. Upon arrival today, we discovered the hotel was closed, with an inactive phone number leaving us unable to check-in. As alternative options were fully booked, we had to switch to a different hotel. I had a bad experience at Super 8 on the Northside of Abilene, TX. The lady was rude and got my dates wrong when I tried to book a room. I had to leave my abusive boyfriend and needed a room for the night as I couldn't sleep in my vehicle. I'd appreciate it if someone could arrange for me to stay at the Super 8 on the Southside tonight and check out tomorrow if possible. I don't feel comfortable going to the Northside location, and the lady misspelled my name but didn't seem concerned when I pointed it out.

Unfortunately, upon my arrival, the hotel informed me that my reservation had been cancelled because the room I booked was already occupied. The hotel mentioned it was a system failure on their end. I've been attempting to make a payment for booking ID [redacted]32 for the past two days without success. After downloading your app and accessing my bookings, I unintentionally booked for December 31st to January 4th instead of my original booking from December 20th to January 4th.
