Hi. I booked my room, chose the option to pay at the hotel upon check in. But then, i cancelled my reservation Dec *, **** and i had until dec * to cancel it without any charge. But my debit card was charged with the amount Php *,***.**. Did chat with Agoda customer service but was told that i was not charged. How and when do i get my refund? Can you please provide me a number to call so i can to talk to someone. Thanks.
