How GetHuman-jmmu fixed the problem
I couldn't navigate the Aetna web site too well. I didn't know what key words to use because I had my card stolen and I expected some options from the site. I tried using a robot but it didn't get back to me. I also think until I found a copy of my Aetna Explanation of Benefits, which happened to come in the mail at a critical time, I wouldn't have been successful. But once I saw that aetnaseniorproducts.com was the key, I was fine. I just don't find the web site useful but the benefits statement was great.
