I went through the entire process to switch mobile service to AT&T, bundle ISP*DSL and DirecTV.*AT&T could not port over my old mobile phone number to the new mobile account, so I cancelled it all. Now AT&T is threatening collection for charges on services not received.
GetHuman-lapchat did not yet indicate what AT&T should do to make this right.

I dialed the toll free phone number and didn't enter any information with the keypad. I answered a couple questions with voice responses, but I just hung on and got a person within about * minutes.
Please help with my AT&T issue
