I reported a trouble on Nov. ** on your site I received a ticket * NTOM**** and then a text that someone would be out on Dec. * between *am and *pm and would receive a text when they was there. I didn't receive any message and so I check the status of my ticket number and it had been closed. The problem is that the phone was never fixed so I call and finally after holding for ** minutes spoke to a person and told him what was going on he said he would issue me another ticket NTOM**** and said someone would be out on Dec ** between *am and *pm. First of all we are there between * am and * pm and I don't believe this is a good response time being that this is a school so I ask your representative if I could have someone out sooner being it's a school and he just repeated ticket number and date they would come I just pray that we don't need to call for medical attention and security while waiting on your company to fix a phone line and it takes ** days.
