I have been a loyal customer for about ** years now, and it seems as though the last time I renewed with you this service has been literally awful. I never have service when I need it, maps drops out as well as my music. I am extremely unhappy and the bill is simply not worth $***.**. Is there any specific reason for this? It’s to the point I am contemplating changing carriers.
