I sent a dear friend a **th birthday bouquet. I checked the order after placing it, and there were some problems. I called Customer Service to make the changes (wrong name, wrong delivery date), and after my giving her al the information, including spelling the recipient's name twice, she told me the arrangement I ordered could not be delivered in the time frame. She said there was no one-day delivery. I asked if I could choose another arrangement listed for one-day delivery on the website. She said I could change the order. Instead of changing the order, she cancelled the order and started a new order with (again) the wrong name. I had no idea until I received the delivery email with the wrong name. The order was delivered somewhere but not to my friend.*I called Customer Service and was told another delivery would be made. However, after looking at my order(s) she said the original order which was never delivered was cancelled, and the next order which was delivered improperly was the order to correct the original problem, and my charge had been refunded. My friend did not get her flowers, and I received a refund which did not help. She did not even offer to allow me to send another arrangement.*When *** Flowers messes up, they do it big. I have found a lovely local florist to send the arrangement a little late. *** Flowers and I will not be doing business again.

I ordered from another local florist, and they delivered a day early.**** Flowers fixed the problem their way. They decided that the order their representative cancelled (which never left the computer) was the initial failed delivery* therefore, the subsequent failed delivery was their second chance. They refunded my money.
