Unfortunately, your delivery service, and customer service has not performed well, and was inadequate. * Order* ********** was placed on ********** and was supposed to be delivered on **********. Unfortunately, it was not delivered until after *pm on **********. Additionally, there was no knock on the door, or doorbell ring to alert someone that the delivery was being made. My aunt is *** years old (YES, *** years old) and was literally waiting for her present. If she had not gone outside to check her front porch, the flowers would have been left out in the elements. *Second order (***********) was placed on **********. This order was not delivered on Valentine’s Day. I called on ********** at *:**pm EST to cancel the order. The specialist apologized for the inconvenience and offered me a $**.** credit for the trouble. I logged into my passport account and tried to use it today (**********). However, it was not there so I called customer service. I could not understand why the rep would offer me **% off my order when she acknowledged that I should have the $**.** off. Not only was the resolution she offered pitiful, the rep had dogs barking and roosters squawking in the background making it difficult to hear. It felt as though the rep was not trying to help resolve my issue and was very “whatever” about the situation. I did not feel valued as a customer who has done business with **** flowers for a several years. I still have not placed an order online or over the phone since my issue with the credit has not been resolved. *It was not disclosed clearly that I would have to wait a week for the code to be applied. I am trying in good faith to place another order with your company and these interactions are leaving me with a very poor feeling. I am very disappointed in the level of service I have received. *To resolve the problem, I would like to have the credit on my account.
