What is the return policy?

Our return policy at WarehouseFabricsInc.com allows customers to return any unused and undamaged merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns must have the original tags and packaging intact. We offer a full refund, excluding shipping costs, for returned items that meet these criteria. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees, unless the return is a result of our error. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs. Refunds are issued through the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned items. Please note that customized or non-stock items are not eligible for return.
