Log in to your Walmart account using your email address or phone number.
You can see the items you ordered on this page. Tap Track Items to see their delivery status. The process is the same for the Walmart app; just tap Purchase History in your account and click Track Shipment to check the status.
You're allowed to modify orders when the items are still being prepared. To do this, tap Edit Items (under purchase history) to substitute orders or to increase or decrease their quantities. You can also reschedule an order or edit the shipping address by clicking Reschedule after tapping View Details. You can see these options in your Purchase History.
Do they show the items have been delivered? If yes and you still don't have items, check the delivery confirmation photo. Ensure the doorway is the right image or the rooftop pin is correct in Google Maps. You may also want to ask your neighbors or other household members as they may have your items. Carriers may also mark items as delivered even if they have yet to arrive. If you still don't have them after two business days, consider contacting Walmart to process a refund or to reorder the items.
Customers who don't have a Walmart account can still track their orders using their email addresses and order numbers (sent to the email). Use this link: https://www.walmart.com/orders
Enter your email and order number, then click View Order Status to see the delivery status of your order.
Double-check the shipping address to avoid problems with delivery. If possible, include delivery instructions in your orders. You can add a call box code or the property type. Customers can also include delivery notes, such as always asking for a signature or including specific hours of operation for business addresses. Another option is to choose a dropoff location to ensure you get the item. Are you still having issues with your Walmart deliveries? Don't hesitate to contact them via chat to start a return or by contacting Customer Support.
GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Comcast in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What do I do if my Xfinity TV or internet is out? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
