Can I request special assistance or accommodations?

Asked 6 months ago
Yes, US Airways provides special assistance and accommodations for individuals with disabilities or special needs. Passengers can request assistance during the booking process, at the airport, or on board the aircraft. This includes but is not limited to wheelchair assistance, escort to and from the gate, visual or hearing impaired assistance, assistance with medical equipment or medications, and seating arrangements for passengers with limited mobility. US Airways recommends that passengers request these services at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability, but they will make every effort to accommodate last-minute requests as well. Passengers can contact the Special Assistance Desk or Customer Relations for further information or to arrange necessary accommodations.
