There are two ways to set up recurring payments with your TD Bank account: via Easy Web and via the app. Below are the steps.

Easy Web

1. Log in to your account and select Pay Bills.
2. Click Pay Canadian Bills.
3. You'll find a list of payees for your Access Card. Click the checkbox beside the payee you want to make the payment.
4. Tap on the Pay Payee button.
5. Enter your account information and recurring amount on the Payment Details page. Tap Recurring under Frequency, and tap Next.
6. Select the start date and the end date. The ending date can be a specific day or month, when you choose to cancel the recurring payments or after a number of payments.

Via the App

1. Log in to your account and tap Bills.
2. Select Pay Bills and the payee. Select the payee from the list of displayed payees for your Access Card.
3. Input the amount and select the account you want to use for the payment.
4. Tap Ongoing under How Often.
5. Select the start date for your payment and how frequently you want this to be made.
6. Select the end date of the payment.
7. Review the schedule by clicking Continue.
8. Tap Pay Bill to confirm the schedule.

If you can't find the payee, you may need to visit the local brand to add the payee.

How to View Upcoming Bill Payments

Log in to your account on the app to view your upcoming recurring bill payments. Follow the steps below:

1. Select Bills.
2. To see a list of the scheduled payments, tap View All found at the bottom of the screen.
3. Tap the magnifying glass icon and type the name of the payee.
4. You'll see your schedule after selecting a payee from the list.

Why does GetHuman Write How-to Guides for TD Bank Problems?

GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Comcast in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What do I do if my Xfinity TV or internet is out? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
