Do I own the rights to the designs created by RF3 Design?

Yes, as a client of RF3 Design, you own the rights to the designs created specifically for you. We understand the importance of intellectual property and strive to ensure that our clients have full ownership of their designs. Once the project is completed and payment is made in full, all rights and ownership are transferred to you. This includes any logos, graphics, or artwork created by RF3 Design on your behalf. We do, however, retain the right to showcase the designs in our portfolio or promotional materials, unless specifically agreed otherwise. Our goal is to provide you with unique and outstanding designs while respecting and protecting your ownership rights.
