Yes, you can cancel or modify your order with Queenie Bridesmaid. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of placing the order. They will assist you in canceling the order and arranging a refund. However, if your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it. For order modifications, such as changing the size, color, or style of a dress, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of placing the order. They will check if modifications are possible and guide you through the process. Please note that once an order has entered the production stage, modifications may not be feasible.
