What is the cancellation policy for car rentals?

Our cancellation policy for car rentals at Millbrae Cars is as follows: If you need to cancel your reservation, you can do so without any penalty up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. However, if you cancel within 48 hours of the pickup time, a cancellation fee of $25 will be applied. In cases where the reservation is prepaid, the cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount. We understand that unexpected events can occur, so we recommend contacting us as soon as possible in case of any changes to your rental plans. Our goal is to provide flexibility and accommodate our customers' needs while managing our operations effectively.
