Our return policy at Jumbocandy.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction and hassle-free returns. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. We provide two options for returns – a refund or store credit. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. If you prefer store credit, we will promptly issue you a digital gift card that can be used towards future purchases.
