What is the FlixBus refund policy?

The FlixBus refund policy allows passengers to cancel their bookings and receive a refund under certain conditions. If a cancellation is made at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time, passengers are eligible for a full refund in the form of a FlixBus voucher. However, if the cancellation is made within 15 minutes prior to departure or if the passenger fails to show up, no refund will be given. Additionally, if a passenger misses their bus due to a FlixBus delay exceeding 120 minutes, they can request a refund. Refunds are processed within 10 business days and will be credited to the original payment method if possible. Passengers are advised to carefully review the refund policy on the FlixBus website for detailed information and any exceptions.
