How do I report a lost or stolen card?

If your First Direct card is lost or stolen, you should contact us immediately to report it. You can do this by calling our customer service helpline, which is available 24/7. We will cancel your card and provide you with instructions on how to order a replacement card. It is important to report a lost or stolen card as soon as possible to prevent any unauthorized transactions on your account.
