How Do I Return Or Exchange An Item With Finish Line?
Finish Line makes it easy to return or exchange items whether purchased at FinishLine.com or at a Finish Line retail store.
The following caveats exist when returning an item purchased on Finishline.com or at a Finish Line retail store if the Finish Line customer is returning with the original sales receipt.
If Finish Line customers do not have the original sales receipt, Finish Line may allow the customer to exchange the item or issue a store credit in the amount of the lowest price which the item was offered for sale in the 45 days prior to return. Refunds are not authorized in this instance.
Finish Line customers may be asked to provide their name and phone number when returning or exchanging an item. The information and details of the return are exchanged is recorded in a company-wide database.
Items purchased from a Finish Line store can be returned to any Finish Line store, or alternatively by mail to the Finish Line warehouse. Returned items may be exchanged when returned to a Finish Line stores. Finish Line items returned by mail are not eligible to be exchanged.
Items bought online at FinishLine.com cannot be returned to Finish Line athletic-shoe departments inside of Macy's stores.
