At Facefront Cosmetics, we strive for customer satisfaction, and that extends to our return policy. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. We understand that sometimes mistakes happen, so if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the order. They will guide you through the return process and ensure that you receive the correct items promptly. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the mistake was made on our end.
