I am unable to sign into Duolingo and although my email address is verified with Duolingo, I do not receive the email ( not in spam/ junk either) from Duolingo. Please help.

I want to join my wife’s family plan. I have a super plan that I cancelled. Every time I try and join her I’m told I still have a super plan and I’m not allowed to join hers
