There can be several reasons why you might not have access to team uploads even while being listed as an administrator. It might be a permission issue that can be resolved within the team settings by the owner or the founding member. There could also be a delay in permissions update across Canva's servers or it could be a cache issue with your browser. To troubleshoot, first, check whether correct permissions have been granted to you by the team owner. If they have, you can try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser to see if this resolves the issue.

Canva has a built-in feature to help keep elements like text boxes aligned. Here's a quick guide on how to do it. 1. Click on the sermon text box and drag it to your desired position. 2. Then click on the text box with the preacher's name. As you drag it around, you'll notice that dotted line guides appear to indicate when this box is aligned with other elements on the page. 3. Align these lines with the help of guides shown when your text box is in line with another. That's it! Canva auto-detects when items on your page are aligned and provides these lines to help you visually ensure everything is in place. Happy designing!

If the Elements tab is missing from your Canva toolbar, you might be experiencing a temporary glitch, which can be resolved by refreshing your browser or clearing your cache and cookies. Sometimes, signing out of your Canva account and signing back in can also solve this issue. If you're using the mobile app, try closing the app completely and relaunching it. Please note, if your screen is not wide enough or your browser is zoomed in too much, it can hide some tabs. Try adjusting your screen or browser dimensions.
