Are utilities included in the rental price?

Asked 6 months ago
No, utilities are not included in the rental price at Atlas Properties. Our rental prices only cover the cost of the property itself. Tenants are responsible for paying their own utilities separately. These utilities typically include electricity, gas, water, and any other relevant services such as internet and cable. The tenant will need to set up individual accounts with the utility providers and pay the bills directly. This allows tenants to have control over their own utility usage and expenses. We believe this gives tenants the flexibility to select the utility providers and plans that best suit their needs. It is important for tenants to budget accordingly and factor in the additional cost of utilities when renting a property from Atlas Properties.
