Replacing an Air Miles Card

You can replace your Air Miles card over the telephone or you can log into your account and request a replacement.

Via Telephone

To replace your Air Miles card via telephone, follow these steps:

1. Contact Air Miles customer support here.
2. Provide the customer service representative with the following information:
   • Your name
   • Your collector number
   • Your PIN or password/passcode to verify identity
3. Request a new card.
4. Your new card will be mailed to your address on file.

Online Replacement

The quickest way to request a replacement card is online. Follow these steps to get a replacement online:

1. Open the Air Miles website in your browser.
2. Move your cursor over the menu bar at the top of the screen to Help.
3. Click Order Card in the drop-down menu.
4. Select Get Started.
5. Enter your Collector Number and PIN.
6. Click Continue.
7. Follow the prompts to request a replacement card.

If you cannot remember your Collector Number or PIN do the following:

1. Open the Air Miles website in your browser.
2. Move your cursor over the menu bar at the top of the screen to Help.
3. Click Order Card in the drop-down menu.
4. Select Get Started.
5. Click Forgot PIN or Forgot Collector Number and enter the requested information.
   
   • If you have forgotten your PIN, you will enter your Collector Number and confirm you are not a robot.
   • If you have forgotten your collector number, you will need to enter your email address, last name, ZIP and date of birth. Then you will select the security image associated with your account. Confirm you are not a robot and hit enter.
