My group of 5 friends and I were scheduled for an Overseas Adventure Travel journey from June 1 to 19 with flights booked by OAT. Sadly, our departure had to be postponed to June 4 due to airline cancellations. We encountered significant challenges rearranging our flights with United as OAT initially organized them and provided no assistance in rescheduling. Despite OAT's advice to address the issue at the airport, United insisted we contact OAT. This situation resulted in us missing three days of the trip, causing immense stress from the consecutive cancellations. Furthermore, we arrived without the upgraded seating promised, skipped visiting Montenegro entirely, and missed out on an early paid excursion day. Although the trip itself was enjoyable, the ordeal of reaching our destination was dreadful due to OAT's reluctance to assist.
