I purchased an Oppo A5 on 5/11/18, and since that day, I have been facing issues with the phone hanging. On 6/11/18, I visited the service center the same day, where they dismissed my concerns. I went back a few days later, and they claimed to have fixed it with a software update, but the problem persists. They asked for proof, so I recorded a video with another phone to show them the issue. Despite that, they questioned the authenticity of the video. They now want me to demonstrate the problem in person. I am frustrated with the poor service and lack of trust. I have kept videos as evidence, but the service center remains skeptical. I am tired of visiting them repeatedly and just want a replacement or refund since this experience has been worse than sticking with my old phone.

Hello, I purchased an Oppo F11 Pro mobile on May 14, [redacted]. Recently, it has been shutting off unexpectedly. I visited the sales point at Pai International in Hassan, and they directed me to the service center. The service center informed me to return after 20 minutes, but upon my return, they claimed the mobile was bent, which is causing the issue. I have not caused any physical damage, and there are no external signs of damage. The service engineer stated that internally the PCB is fine, the motherboard is working, and the battery is good, yet they insist the phone is bent. The sales point and service center have not been helpful in resolving this issue. I suspect the damage may have occurred prior or during the service. I am still making EMI payments for the device and cannot afford the estimated repair cost of over Rs 15,[redacted]. I seek resolution and justice in this matter as a valued customer. Thank you.

I have been watching unboxing videos and going through a lot of reviews, and it's clear to me that the OPPO R15 Pro and the OPPO CPH [redacted] are noticeably different just by looking at the images and videos. The R15 Pro features two loudspeakers on either side of the charging port, with the headphone jack positioned on the left side. In contrast, the CPH [redacted], also known as the "OPPO dream mirror edition," has the headphone jack on the right side. I find it puzzling that the models have these distinct differences, especially when it comes to the placement of essential features like speakers and headphone jacks. Additionally, the CPH [redacted] made in China by Guangdong OPPO Mobile Telecommunications Corp. Ltd shows more detailed information on the back compared to the R15 Pro units shown in unboxing videos and reviews in Australia, which display only the OPPO logo without additional details. It seems that these two models are not identical based on these factors alone. I am curious if someone can provide a believable and logical explanation for these discrepancies, as I find it hard to believe that the physical features would vary based on the country of purchase or under a different name.

My Oppo phone is stuck in recovery mode screens and none of the options seem to work. It starts with the Select Language screen, where I choose English. Then, it goes to the ColorOS RECOVERY screen with options like installing from a storage device that doesn't work, a scary Wipe data option, Reboot that just goes back to the language selection, Power off that turns off the phone until I restart, Check Disk that says it's fine, and a non-clickable Ver 1.2. The phone was at about 70% charge when it crashed. I was removing it from its case when it glitched, and I thought I accidentally pressed the power button. I attempted holding the power and volume up buttons together for 20 seconds, but it didn't change the situation.

Last night, I made the mistake of placing my phone under my pillow while sleeping. When I woke up, I was greeted with a message saying, "The current image (boot/recovery) has been destroyed and cannot boot. Please flash the correct image or contact customer service to fix it." I am at a loss on how to proceed as my attempts to fix it by pressing both the volume down and power keys simultaneously have been unsuccessful. Any advice from Oppo Electronics on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I contacted Bajaj Finance for insurance over the phone, and when I visited the OPPO service center, the staff asked for the damage assessment. They provided an estimate before I could file a complaint, and when I went to file the complaint, they asked for a new estimate. However, the service center is refusing to create a new estimate. I went to Shivam Communication in Karnal, Haryana, on Hansi Road with my OPPO Reno 8, worth 30,[redacted]. The service center is not rectifying their mistake.

Hello, I purchased the Oppo OnePlus Nord 3 Lite phone a few months ago. Recently, I've been experiencing rapid battery drain and my phone frequently hangs or gets stuck during use, requiring a restart. I previously contacted support and was advised to reset the phone, which I did, but the issue persists. Since I paid the full price for the phone, I am eager to have this problem resolved. Thank you.

My Reno 6 is out of warranty, but there seems to be a recurring manufacturing issue with the pink spot on the display followed by a black screen. I had the same problem with two handsets, one of which was repaired free of cost at your service center under warranty. However, the second handset, which is out of warranty, was not repaired, and I was informed about parts charges. I am willing to pay for the parts if needed, but it's frustrating to pay for a manufacturing problem that is not caused by me. I appreciate it if you could address this situation and resolve the issue without any additional charges.
