I recently updated my password after having it for a decade. Unfortunately, I am now locked out of my LastPass account as none of the passwords seem to work. I have followed the steps provided by LastPass, but encountered an issue; I originally subscribed almost 15 years ago using a different email address, [redacted], and failed to update it to my current one, [redacted] for the past 10 years. LastPass is sending the account recovery details to my old email. Could you please assist me in updating my email address and provide guidance on regaining access to my account?

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my LastPass account. Following password entry and mobile authentication, LastPass prompts: "Please reset multifactor authentication. For security reasons, reset the pairing between LastPass and your authenticator method: LastPass Authenticator." I find the provided re-pairing instructions unclear and ineffective. I am seeking assistance from a live tech support representative to address this issue.

Yesterday, my LastPass Premium account was renewed through my Apple iTunes subscription. However, today I am encountering an "Unknown error occurred. Dismiss" message when trying to log in. Despite Apple confirming my active subscription, I am unable to access my passwords. I have a screenshot of the error and can provide it via email. Do I need to cancel my subscription and create a new one after many years? I have my recovery information if necessary, but I hope LastPass can resolve this matter and reinstate my account, especially since I have the iTunes receipt for the payment.

I detailed my issue and requested personal assistance. However, I repeatedly received generic responses directing me to FAQs that did not address my problem. Despite being guided by "GetHuman," I managed to resolve changing my password independently, without any actual human assistance. Now you are asking me to recount how your team assisted me so you can share it with others, but the reality is you offered no help at all. I stumbled through numerous incorrect steps until I accidentally discovered the solution on my own. Although you advertise telephone support, when I reached out for help, I was redirected back to the website, offering me no real assistance.

I am having trouble receiving the two-factor authentication codes on my phone. I have attempted to turn off two-factor authentication, but I cannot find the option to do so at login. I would appreciate your assistance with this issue. I have been a long-time customer, but if I am unable to resolve this matter with some assistance, I may need to consider switching to a different service provider. In the past, I have usually been able to resolve technical issues over the phone. Thank you for your help. Robert

Hello everyone! I attempted to sign up for LastPass on my phone, but encountered an issue. An error message appeared saying, "Something doesn't look right. Please verify your information." Now I am unable to log in. I am trying to use LastPass Account Recovery to regain access, but every time I click the link, it states, "The link has expired or is invalid. Please generate a new link and try again," despite me clicking it within 5 seconds. Each time I receive a recovery link, it remains invalid. I would appreciate assistance in accessing my account. Thank you.
