To add a member to your Deezer Family Plan, you first need to make sure you are logged into the master account, as only the master account holder can add or remove profiles. Go to Account Settings, then Manage my subscription, and click on Deezer Family. Here, you should be able to add a family member. Keep in mind that you can have a maximum of 6 profiles on the Deezer Family plan and everyone must live at the same address. If you still can't add a member, it may be due to a temporary issue with the service or your account. Please try again after a while.
