To cancel a scheduled visit with Biffa, please log into your account. There, you should find the list of your scheduled visits. Find the one you want to cancel, and click "cancel". Take note that cancellations are subject to Biffa's cancellation policy. If you're cancelling close to the scheduled visit, you may incur a cancellation fee. All processes and charges should be highlighted clearly within your accessible documents. Always try to cancel as soon as possible to avoid penalties.
