What is your return policy?

Our return policy is designed to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Yarncountry.com, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was shipped to you. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. We will provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part. Once we receive the returned item, we will process a refund for the purchase price, excluding any shipping charges.
